Max and Alexia chose to take their Fall engagement pictures at the Wandering Oaks wedding venue in Myakka City, Florida. This venue is extra special because this is where they are going to become husband and wife in a few short months!
After my first phone call with this couple, I knew right away they were a DGP Couple and I could not wait to meet them! They are full of joy and truly are best friends. As the couple walked around the venue together, they naturally held hands and constantly smiled at one another. They are the sweetest!!
Max and Alexia met at church and had an instant connection with one another. Max pulled off the perfect surprise proposal. The couple was going on a walk (after he played it off like he did not want to lol!) right as the sun was setting. Max told Alexia that he wanted to take her picture. When she turned around, she was in shock as she saw her best friend on one knee with a ring.
During the engagement session, we got to enjoy the gorgeous fall weather and the peaceful, secluded acres of Wandering Oaks. When the sun started setting though the mossy trees, it was absolutely breathtaking! Max and Alexia were troopers for following me as we chased that golden light!
This engagement session was filled with so much fun and laughter (and talk of great sushi!). I cannot wait to spend time with Max and Alexia again and celebrate with them on their wedding day!!
