Brandon and Krissy are married!!
Their beautiful wedding at the Naples Wedding Barn is one I honestly will never forget. There was so much love and laughter the entire day. I loved the pops of red throughout all the wedding details. It definitely had that magical Christmas feel. This was my last wedding of 2022 and so incredibly special!
After getting ready with her bridesmaids, Krissy shared a first look with her dad and her bothers. She has such a close bond to all of them so it really made both moments very meaningful. When it came time for Brandon to watch his bride walk down the aisle, you could visibly see the rush of emotion he felt. At the same time he was trying to hold back tears, he couldn’t stop smiling!
I have so many favorite moments from their reception. After they shared their first dance and the parent dances, they had many loved ones share a toast. My favorite speech of the night was Jimmy’s (Krissy’s dad). While sharing so many fun moments and encouraging words, he pulls out his phone and plays a voice message from 11 years ago. The voice message was Krissy when she was just a little girl telling her daddy she misses him and wants him to come home. He then shared how Brandon gets to be the number one man in her life and he couldn’t be more proud and happy. There was not a dry eye in the whole place!
Josh and I were completely overwhelmed by the kindness Krissy and Brandon’s whole family showed us. They were so welcoming and loving! They even gave us a table to sit at during the reception! This wedding day was also a special day to us because it was our 10 year wedding anniversary! Krissy, who knew this, had the DJ play Etta James song, At Last and made an announcement that it was our anniversary and insisted we shared a dance together! What?! We were so surprised and so touched by their thoughtfulness.
The reception really was a blast!! You could tell how much Brandon and Krissy enjoyed themselves by how full the dance floor was the entire evening!! They were out there with their guests the whole time! Before their grand glow stick exit, Krissy and Brandon shared a beautiful private last dance.
