Daniel and Alexis are married!!!
This day was one I’ll never forget. It was the first time we had photographed at this hidden gem, The Pavilion at Mixon Farms, and let me tell you, it’s a dream! It was also the first time that I was able to meet Alexis and Daniel in person!! Usually I get to meet our #DGPcouples before the big day through engagement sessions or coffee double dates, but these two literally moved to Florida weeks before their wedding day!
Deep love and friendship is a beautiful thing and I saw that shining between Alexis and Daniel. This sweet couple grew up only 20 minutes from each other; but it took moving to college to get them to meet. Once they became a part of each others lives, it didn’t take them long to see that there ain’t no mountain high enough, ain’t no river wide enough to keep them from getting to one another. They share a common love for basketball, tacos, but most important – the Lord!
The entire day was covered in love and prayer. The Pastor’s sermon was beautiful and the vows Daniel and Alexis shared made everyone both laugh and cry. Their friends and family are some of the nicest people Josh and I have ever met! The whole family was so welcoming to us. Not once did we feel like we were “working” this wedding. We truly felt like we were capturing our dear friends’ special day.
