First personal blog post! Woohoo!
Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out the personal side of my blog. There are many categories to look through to see my work, but this personal category will give us a chance to get to know each other more! So with that said, let me take a quick moment to introduce myself to you! (every time I hear “take a moment” I have the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song pop in my head haha!)
I’m Deanna – a proud pastor’s wife, mama, and photographer.
Pictured below you will see my sweet family! I have been married to my high-school sweetheart since 2012. Josh and I have known each other and have been best friends since 7th grade! Honestly, he is my absolute favorite person and I feel so blessed to spend my life with him. From outdoor adventures to watching Survivor reruns, we really love to do everything together, including photography! In 2018 the Lord blessed us with our daughter, Evalyn. She is a ball of energy truly brings joy to every room she enters!
Photography has been a huge blessing in my life, and I am forever grateful that I stumbled upon this passion (totally by accident and not at all expected!). I was an elementary education major and my sophomore year I took photography as an elective course and instantly fell in love! When it comes to photography, I enjoy capturing all of life’s special moments, but weddings are my favorite! I serve couples and families who desire to have dreamy, joyful, and heartfelt images. Josh and I love creating real, lasting relationships with each of our clients and serving them through the gifts God has given us.

Josh and I love meeting new people and building new relationships. One of my favorite parts of being a photographer meeting our amazing clients and getting to know each other. I love asking couples how they met or hearing their engagement story. I’m a lover of love so any time I can “aww” I do!
